VSK Meeting

Yesterday I had a meeting with Tony and some young care leavers, to help give feedback on the current interiors and islands. I now know what needs to be changed and will continue to work on it.

I'm now reverting back to the last design because Tony prefers the design. I do agree that when it was printed out the black outlines did look a lot better and stood out more. I will continue to create the island and get feedback from Tony.

This is what the design for the island itself is like so far and is almost an exact copy of the last one with a few different additions. This one is made purely using Illustrator, so it can preserve it's detail no matter how big or small it is due to it being a vector image. This is so that it is a lot easier for the web designer than dealing with a jpeg image.

FMP

For my FMP I have chosen to take the project of designing the new website for the Virtual School Kent, I have to take inspiration from certain websites and re-design it in a more doodled style. It will all be hand drawn and will then position all the buildings on the island of Kent. I now have to get some of Kent's major landmarks and design them in my style, starting with a cafe, the connexion's office and Bluewater Shopping Center.

This is my final type poster for the book 'Freight Train Graffiti' it was made using various techniques including layers effects.

Developing my Illustrations
